Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday from our warehouse. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. If items in your order are out of stock or delayed for shipping we will notify you by e-mail.

Order Status

To check on the status of your order, email Mathcatsports@outlook.com. Please include your order number, it will be given to you upon completion of successful payment. A courier number will be given to you via email once your order ships.

Lost Packages

Under all circumstances, the carrier is responsible for all mail pieces that undergo delivery services.

If your package has not been delivered, please contact us and we will do our best to help you find your missing package.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

If there is no quality problem, you need to bear the shipping cost.

Return process

Please send email( Mathcatsport@outlook.com) to contact us and specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.

After receiving the return instructions from us, please use the original packaging to pack the item(s) to be returned.

Hand in your package at the local post office.

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Return Policy

FAULTY ITEMS

Received an item that you believe is incorrect, damaged or faulty? Please contact our team with clear images, a detailed description of the fault, as well as the order number and email address associated with the purchase. If your claim is justified, we will refund the cost of return and arrange compensation for you, upon the item being received back into our facility.

Claims for orders arriving damaged or with incorrect items must be made within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, you will be required to follow our standard returns procedure, which is outlined here. Please note that items damaged due to general wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions will not be considered faulty.

Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

We will not accept any returns sent back without a proper return application.

We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The return is at your own expense.

Please make sure you double-check your returns before mailing them out.

 

Return Address

Please contact us if you wish to return items to the nearest return address. You will receive an answer as soon as possible.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The arrival time of the refund is subject to different online bank processing efficiency.
